Admission for Second Courser

  1. Wait for the announcement regarding the schedule of the application for admission at our Facebook page or this website
  2. Fill up the application form in the admission portal then upload documentary requirements
  3. Select appointment schedule for validation of requirements
  4. Validation and Evaluation of  documentary requirements
  5. Applicant will undergo department evaluation and will not take the entrance examination. Result of the evaluation will determine if the applicant is qualified to proceed
  6. Issuance of Notice of Admission (NOA) for qualified applicants
  7. For accepted applicants, secure a medical referral slip from the Health Service Unit and proceed to medical examination
  8. Claim the medical clearance at the Health Service Unit
  9. Submit the registration requirements to the Office of the Campus Registrar to process your enrollment
