GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS

1. Submission of e-copy of the Notice of Admission (NOA), Form 138 and Certification of Good Moral Character through this google form:

REMINDER: The provided details in the google form will reflect in your enrollment information.
2. After validating the completeness of the submitted documents, student number will be assigned to the applicant. They will be notified through email address provided in the google form.
3. Student shall confirm their enrollment by signing up to CVSU-Imus student portal:
https://cvsu-imus.edu.ph/student-portal/registration
REMINDER: If the student cant sign up, please wait until your enrollment process is complete.
