Schedule of Enrollment for Continuing Students

• August 3 to 6, 2020 – Second year regular

• August 10 to 14, 2020 – Third year regular

• August 17 to 18, 2020 - Fourth year regular

• August 19 to 28, 2020 – Irregular and Returning students

Guidelines on Online Registration of Continuing Students  

• The Office of Campus the Registrar will forego the issuance of Certificate of Grades this 2nd Semester, 2019-2020.  

• Pre-registration form of students will be prepared by their Registration Adviser in order to monitor the required units to enroll. 

• Accomplished Pre-registration forms will be submitted by the Registration Adviser to the Office of the Campus Registrar for validation and printing of Registration Forms.

• The students shall confirm their enrollment by registering to CVSU-Imus student portal.

• The student will get a hard copy of the registration form from their registration adviser during in-campus schedule.

Guidelines on Online Registration of Returning Students 

• Returning students are required to submit a scanned copy of their Certificate of Grades (COG) from the start of their entrance in the University to the Office of the Campus Registrar’s official email address (cvsuimus.registrar@gmail.com) using the course indicated in their COG’s and _RETURNEE as Subject of the email.

• After validating the completeness of the submitted documents, the registrar will send a soft copy of readmission form and inform the student of their school standing. 

• A soft copy of Pre-Registration form and the subjects they can enroll together with schedule available are to follow after they accomplished the readmission form and decide if they will continue their readmission.

• The students shall confirm their enrollment by registering to CVSU-Imus student portal.

• The student will get a hard copy of the registration form from their registration adviser during in-campus schedule.
