Admission UPDATE
Admission Update for First Semester of School Year 2020-2021
1. Application for admission for incoming students at Imus Campus is already CLOSED. The campus has reached the maximum capacity of applicants.
2. Admission examination of applicants for incoming first year college, transferees and second coursers are CANCELLED due to COVID-19 pandemic.
3. The GRADES reflected in the submitted Grade 12 report card,Transcript of Record (TOR) / Certificate of Grades (COG) of applicants will be EVALUATED and RANKED in accordance with the admission/retention policy of CvSU. The grade requirement for transferee is GPA of 2.00 (equivalent to 85%) or better and no failed grade.
4. Requirements for Senior High School graduates/ALS applying as new first year college students:
- Accomplished application for admission form
- Certified True Copy of Grade 12 Report Card
- Certified True Copy of Certification of Good Moral Character
- •2 1x1 ID Picture with name tag
5. Requirements for transferees and second coursers:
- Certified True Copy of TOR or Certification of Grades signed by the Registrar
- Certified True Copy of Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credentials
- Certified True Copy of Certification of Good Moral Character
- NBI Clearance OR Police Clearance
- 2 1x1 ID Picture with name tag
6. All applicants with incomplete requirements should submit their credentials in any available means including but not limited to the following:

*If submission is through mail, parcel, courier, or drop box, please enclose complete hardcopies of requirements in clean, long brown envelope.
7. Qualified / Accepted applicants (including those who submitted their requirements before ECQ) shall be notified regarding their
admission status in any means, including but not limited to:
- FB Messenger
- Text message
- Phone calls
- Courier, etc.
NOTICE: Only the applicants with COMPLETE requirements will have the opportunity to be ACCEPTED for the First Semester AY 2020-2021.
