ADMISSION: SECOND SEMESTER 2022-2023 (ONLY OPEN FOR TRANSFEREES)

GUIDELINES:

1. The conduct of admission exam will be waived for 2nd Semester AY 2022-2023. However, the grades of applicants shall still be evaluated according to the admission policy of the University  and SHS strand/track shall still be implemented.
2. The following are strictly prohibited and will mean non-evaluation of your application:
   • Creation and use of different email address  to access the online application form.
   • Multiple application in the admission system. This can be traced by the evaluator.
   • Any deception, falsification, and dishonesty in the declaration of of information.
   • Submission of incomplete requirements.
   • Not following the instructions posted in the announcement.
3. Applicants shall fill out the application form through this link. Select 2nd semester 2022-2023 and CvSU Imus as branch.

4. Review encoded information then generate control number.
5. Download the application form, applicants should affix their signature, and attach 1×1 ID picture in the form.
   
6. Submit the admission requirements by answering this form:

7. The submitted requirements will be evaluated.
8. Wait for the official release of results in this FB page.

Admission Requirements for Transferees:

• Accomplished Application Form for Admission
• Copy of Transcript of records/Certification of grades
