Physical Planning and Maintenance Services Office is the one responsible for the infrastructural development of the campus as well as the maintenance of facilities and services for effective and efficient operations. It also ensures the proper coordination of maintenance activities in all major service units. 

Through daily close supervision and mobilization of cleaners they are able to maintain the tidy and friendly environment of the campus. Ensures the constant and stable power supply in the campus by monitoring it in daily basis. They also clear or replace any damages of electrical accessories from different offices. 

The unit monitors its work program in attaining completion of work at scheduled time. The maintenance unit  is also able to perform any other duties that maybe given from time to time
