The Master in Professional Studies major in Public Administration is offered by the Graduate School and Open Learning College (GS and OLC) in coordination with the Department of Development Studies under the College of Economics, Management and Development Studies (CEMDS), per BOR Resolution Np. 26, s. 2004.
The program seeks to upgrade the educational experiences that can lead to academic, research and extension competence of a person through formal instructional and research.
- To provide professionals with the opportunity to acquire a professionally oriented master's degree in public administration and adult education;
- To enhance the understanding of the social context of their roles;
- To provide the opportunity to enhance and focus the understanding and interest in particular issues relevant to public administration and adult education; and
- To develop the analytical, synthesis and research skills of public administration and adult education.
